We have had a really great weekend! Friday we met our friends(Nancy, Tera, Anne, Yaneth and Grace)at the mall for a play date. We had a great time.
Saturday, Nancy and I took our girls to the Mesa Children's Art Museum and the girls had a blast. Elle really enjoyed the kitchen and the bistro. After the museum, Elle was pretty fussy, she fell asleep on the way home. As we approached our house she woke up, so we packed a lunch and walked over to the park. Its very convenient having the park across the street from our house. We ate our lunch, she played and ran around. That night, we met our friends Jeremy and Andrea at PF Changs for dinner. Jeremy is going to medical school in the Caribbean and we wanted all the details. We just might have to visit him:)
Today, we had a good day too. We went to church with Nancy and her girls here, then went to the Campbell’s house for lunch. I had Menudo for the first time, it was good and very different. Elle and I had not been into Patrick’s work in a while, so we went to visit him! Elle was being so good, we headed off to Baskin Robbins; where Elle had her first ice cream cone. She loved it, she would get upset when I would lick the ice cream to stop it from dripping. She does not understand you can lick it, so she was very lady-like and used her sampler spoon! Patrick got home from work and Elle was exhausted, now when she gets exhausted, she gets zany. Here are photos from the weekend, plus a clip of how zany she gets. Enjoy!

6 MONTHS NOW!!!
I had to put on the same clothes I did when I was pregnant with Elle. Yes, it is sad that I still have these clothes from over two years ago, oh well. Anyways, I wanted to share the belly comparison! I don't really see that much of a difference, it just seems like I am much bigger this time around. Maybe that is because I have not been to the gym at all during this pregnancy:) Enjoy!

What a week its been! My sister flew here on the 1st from OHIO and we went to the Tall Girl store, then to our dads. Friday went to our grandparents house for the day, its always nice spending time with them. Friday night, I woke up in the middle of the night having an asthma attack followed by contractions. Patrick and I were both worried, called the doctor Saturday morning and they told me to rest.
But, Saturday we went to the Fiesta Bowl parade with our dad and Lee. It turned out being a great day, the sun was shining and it was warm out. The parade was long, Elle only really enjoyed when the Ohio State Cheerleaders and TBDBTL(The best damn band in the land!) came through. Other than that she was not all that thrilled with it.
I decided to make out Fiesta bowl shirts, instead of wearing the typical jersey or other OSU gear. So Robyn and I went out to buy our supplies! Our shirts turned out being a huge success. Everyone either loved them or hated them, but there were tons of compliments by the fans walking by! Something too, that we could remember our experience by, even if the turn out was not a success. Here are some photos, enjoy!

We've had a great end of December! After Christmas was over, we met our friends at McDonalds for a lunch/playdate. Then New Years Eve, Elle and I played in her tunnel/tent and rested for the big evening. Patrick, Elle and I headed over to our friends Jodi and Bob's house. We had a great dinner, played games, drank and laughed so much. Bob is our friend that never makes people have FUN! We really enjoy their company and have never not had FUN! Here are some pics from these days, Enjoy!

Christmas time!
Christmas Eve, we ventured out into the shopping world. We got family photos done at JCPenney and it was crazy just getting into the parking lot. Little did we know, a Honey Baked Ham shop was just two stores down from JCPenney. Everyone was rushing in to stand in line for their Christmas fixings. We got some great photos of Elle! As a whole family, there were none that were really good, Elle was sticking her tongue out in them all. She is teething and so we took away her "binkie," she must have needed something else. Patrick got a great one with Elle though, I am jealous. I should have thought to tickle her or something, she was sticking her tongue out with me too. I will have to share those with you all when I get them in.
After JCPenney, we were starved, so we headed to Native New Yorker. Elle got her hot dog and Sprite, Patrick and I shared a sampler appetizer. It was perfect, we could not ruin our appetites for the Fondu that was coming! Elle fell asleep in the car heading home, so we needed to head to the grocery. WOW was it busy, thankfully we only needed a few things.
Dad and Lee came over and we made Fondu; Cheese and meat fondu. I got this idea from my friend Tera, her family does it and I thought it was great. It was fun and very delicious! Thanks Tera! Elle got to open three presents, one from us and two from Gpa and Nana Lee. She got a barbie w/car, clipo and a Care bear. She loves them all.
We started a tradition of putting out carrots for the reindeer and milk for santa! Elle loved it. Here are the photos from Xmas Eve. Enjoy!
Christmas day! Elle woke up around 9, we went down stairs, she wanted goldfish and chocolate for breakfast. I know, not a healthy breakfast, but for one day! She was not as excited to open presents compared to the night before. She loved everything she got, from clothes, movies, books, stuffed animals, a kitchen, tunnel, grocery cart, etc. She must have been extra good this year:) Anyways, she played and slept a lot this day. Before dinner, we rode our bikes into the old neighborhood for dog duty. It was pretty chilly, but good thing it did not rain on us. Well, here are the photos from our Christmas day, Enjoy!

So much to be thankful for!
Tonight, as Elle is running around in circles, from the living room to her play room, through the kitchen and back. Her giggles were priceless, especially after she turned on the Christmas music. The cd she put on was Josh Grobans Christmas and it is so powerful.
Elle is so full of energy, energy I wish I had right now. I am constantly exhausting myself and need to slow down. Anyways, Patrick and Elle wandered upstairs and the most fabulous song came on. I sat right next to the blaring music, closed my eyes and sobbed. Thinking about all the things in my life; good or bad, family and friends, pets, etc.
I ask you to click on Josh Groban's Thankful song at the bottom of our blog, close your eyes and think. Happy Holidays to all!

We've been married ONE year!
So, one year ago we got married at The Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas at 6pm. We had a wonderful small wedding, with our closest relatives and friends. I would love to share with you everything that happened in Vegas, but "What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas!" Only those that attended know about all the fun that was had. I wanted to share some photos from our magical winter wonderland wedding! Enjoy!
Snuggie!

You have got to get one of these, well actually you get two for the price of ONE! The snuggie has been an on-going joke around here since before Halloween. Well, Patrick got me one for my birthday:) I totally use it all the time, I am always cold though. As a joke on my birthday, I took it with me in the car to the grocery store. I got home, put it on before coming into the house and Patrick really thought I wore it inside the store!! I received the burgundy one, it comes in three colors. I will post photos once we get them saved on the computer. Happy Snuggie shopping:) haha!

Okay, I realized that I had not been taking any photos of the baby in my belly. I went back to see how many I took of Elle in there, and we will be compairing the bellies. I know I am way bigger this time, see for yourself. I need to get the outfits I wore with her back on too. So bare with me on these first couple ones.

Okay, I know there are many of you who have been asking me for pictures. For a long time now, well I finally took some today! YEAH! I did not take photos of the backyard and upstairs, but I will. Here are the ones I took today, excuse the messes:) Enjoy!
So I have already filled up our trash can with yard waste, I had my power tools out and was hacking away. There is so much still to do in the yard. When its complete, I will take another photo!
Elles playroom! Lets hope she keeps them mostly in this room:)
Our new office. We have more bookshelves than we know what to do with. I guess we need to get more books!
Our living room/craft room. Next year, we are definitely getting a bigger tree! How big of a tree can you buy?? However, I love my tree this year, I used all the decor from our wedding last year! Its all sparkley and so pretty!
Half of the kitchen. Our appliances will arrive this week, so we have been living out of our little fridge in the garage. Hey, it works great for the necessities. We have eaten out A LOT!!! We will all have to diet, when they come in. At least I won't have to grocery shop, haha.
Our family room! So come on over:)
