We had a great Saturday filled with fun! Elle and I went to Nicole's house to help her prepare for the 8th annual Halloween Party. Elle enjoyed all the decor they had up, she was not scared at all. After leaving Nicoles house, Elle got to spend the night at grandpa and Nana Lee's house.

I got home, Patrick and I went to Arena to eat and watch our Buckeyes lose:( We ran into some friends and then off to our house we went. Not prepared at all for the next event, we decided we should go to the party after all. We should never miss this annual event. They throw the best parties and no one will ever beat them! So we immediately come up with outfits. I run to Walgreens to get some essential items to complete our costumes and we are ready within 45 mins.

We get there, dance into the crowd and the look on Nicole's face was priceless! I had told her and three other friends that we were not coming. "I cannot drink and it just ruins all the fun of the night." So we surprised them!) The bar was filled with people in line waiting for the bartender to fix there concoctions. The costumes were outrageous and over the top. The decor frightened the unexpected and the music kept us all dancing the night away. Once again a party we'll never forget! The Brixey's definitely know how to throw parties! Here are the pics from the evening, enjoy.

So I finally found pictures of the new babies bedding! Wanted to share with you all. Now we just need to get the furniture in black to complete the room. I would love to find a crib exactly like the one in the photo! We are hoping the next child will like pigs, sheep, ducks and cows. Elle loves fish and that is what her room is decorated in! We are still working on buying another house, so we'll keep you informed on that too. Here are the pictures!

What a week so far! I found out I have a bladder infection on Monday, so that explains why I have been feeling pretty bad. Well, plus the pregnancy. The antibiotic I am on makes me feel more nauseus than I already am, kind of upsetting, but not for much longer.

I finally got to the gym on Wednesday!! Saw some friends and their kids, my have they grown. I had not been to the gym in over a month. Elle was so happy to be playing with them again, she missed them.

We have been taking bike rides a lot and this week we have gone twice. Both times have taken Elle to a park, she really enjoys watching the other kids. She right now rathers observing them than running around and climbing.

Today we went to Schnepf farms. It was a blast, we played with animals in the petting zoo, rode a carousel, Elle rode her first amusement ride(HoneyBee), ate chicken, chili and corn on the cob. Then it was off to the pumpkin patch! We already had a good pumpkin at home, so we did not buy one. However, we did find a small one in the parking lot! Jackpot! We took it home and its sitting next to the scarecrow on the front porch. Elle really enjoyed herself as well as Patrick and I.

Tomorrow we are off to another location, will post pics from that! Enjoy the slideshow from today!

MOPS Convention was so inspirational for me as a mom and a believer in GOD. It made me realize things about being a mom and raising my child, that I had not thought of before. The stories of the speakers were memorable, they will stay with me for life. We chose four speakers to listen to and I listened to a man on "Speaking your man's language," he talked about how to understand the man in your life better. I really needed this!

I also listened to three women speakers, one on how to let your husband help out with the children, whether they do things the same way as I do or not. The other on self image, accepting me as I am, and giving all of me to my kids/husband. Making sure the house is always spotless is something kids are not going to remember. Play with your children, thats what forms memories to laugh about later in life! Then the last woman talked about technology in our society and how to be a better leader. Keep the one on one conversations going, try not to use email/text messaging.

Overall, I came back a better woman/wife/mother! I would love to go again next year, so I'm looking forward to it. Hope you enjoyed the photos of our group! There were five of us from our town in Arizona- Yaneth, Sofia, Nancy, Colleen and I. We were so lucky to get bumped up to a suite at the resort, we all stayed together and shared many things about us, shared spooky stories and laughed alot! We had a great time.
