Eric turned a year older on the 22nd and he wanted to go to Ikea, so we ventured there. After Ikea, we went to As You Wish Pottery and each painted a masterpiece! We had fun. Happy Birthday Eric, and enjoy our photos!
We also went out to dinner! Enjoy!

My nephews
My step-sister Ali had twins on Father's Day!!! She had no clue she was having twins, thought there was only one baby inside her tummy. Their names are Franklin Kai and Liam Robert. They are the cutest little guys ever. I was in heaven holding them and watching them. I am so happy some one in our family had twins, I always dreamt of having them myself! Here are the photos of the boys, enjoy!

Utility sink
Sometimes, I like to give the kids baths in the utility sink in my laundry room. Luckily they still fit in! These are the faces I got tonight giving them their baths. Enjoy!

Bubba's winking
So, we got home from picking Elle up from school and Ivan wanted to play outside. He went out by himself, well it was lunch time. I opened the door to ask him to come eat and he ran off. As Elle and I were sitting down in comes a new dog through the dog door!
Then, as we were eating I was trying to get him to wink and so here is the video! Enjoy!

INVICTUS
INVICTUS
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever Gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of Circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of Chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Infant Swimming Resources
Summer is here and have you helped kids be safe around the water. I am a huge believer in 'Infant Swimming Resources' and how they teach survival skills to kids. Don't let your kids be a statistic, save their lives. Put them in swim lessons.
